Michael S. Pepperman is a partner in the Labor Relations and Employment Law Department of the law firm of Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP. Mr. Peppermans practice is restricted exclusively to the representation of management in every phase of labor and employee relations, wage and hour and employment discrimination.
He has extensive experience in equal employment opportunity matters before state and federal agencies, federal and state employment discrimination litigation, wage and hour litigation and representation and unfair labor practice matters before the National Labor Relations Board. Mr. Pepperman has a comprehensive knowledge of labor negotiations and the National Labor Relations Act.
Mr. Pepperman received his Bachelor of Arts (with a double major in history and political science) from the University of Delaware where he was a member of the History and Political Science Honor Societies as well as the Deans list and is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School where he was awarded the degree of Juris Doctor and was a Deans Merit Scholar.
